The Board’s primary purpose is to maintain, protect, preserve and enhance the value of the property.
Board members serve as part of the corporate body and are empowered to act on behalf of the Association.
Board members have a Fiduciary Duty and responsibility to the association and its members. In their fiduciary role they must act and serve at all times in the following manner:
In good faith
With undivided loyalty
With reasonable care and diligence
With no conflict of interest
In good judgment and with great discretion
