Our business is community association management. With those two key points in mind, we have set out to create and design a Management Company that will meet the needs of many.

We have worked in the industry for a combined twenty-one years and we have been fortunate and lucky to develop valued relationships with past boards and homeowners. Honesty, ethics, respect and integrity remain the cornerstones for IPM and we look forward to building new relationships with new Clients as we begin this journey.    

As a service business, we believe if we continue offering communities, boards, and homeowners a real professional partnership in association management, the business will grow and come. Community Association Management is similar to the hospitality business , our services become our products and we are committed to service being our number one priority. At IPM, our Managers become care takers of people, homes, personal investments, subdivisions and neighborhoods.
