IPM is vendor neutral, unlike many St. Louis management companies who have an embedded maintenance staff.  We do not own a maintenance company, nor are we affiliated with any one maintenance company. We do not benefit from any vendor recommendation or referral on maintenance.   Our employees do not receive kickbacks, commissions, awards, trips, bonuses or gifts based on any regular or annual contracted maintenance. At IPM we take our CAI ethics commitment very seriously.
